All returned items must be in their original packaging and contain at least 50% of the original product to be eligible for a refund.

Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar sturdy container, ensuring all lids are tightly sealed to prevent leaks.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package over any previous shipping marks.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
